Wayne County Judge Daniel Barrett has sentenced a local man to prison on drug charges. Robert Lee Bell, 51, of Lawrence Street, was sentenced Thursday to five years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (class B felonies).
